Caleb Staudt is a Partner and Financial Advisor with South Star Wealth Management, bringing more than 15 years of experience in help individuals and families with their goals to invest and transition their wealth. Since entering the financial services industry in 2008, Caleb has earned a reputation for strategic, client-focused guidance rooted in integrity and long-term relationships. Originally hired as an advisor by First Victoria National Bank he was a founding partner of South Star Wealth Management in 2016.


A graduate of St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Caleb was a four-year letterman on the baseball team and was honored as Conference Pitcher of the Year. He holds both the Series 7 and Series 65 securities licenses with LPL Financial, which allow him to advise on a wide range of investment strategies and financial planning needs.

Caleb is deeply invested in his local community. He serves as a board member of the Victoria 100 Club and has previously held leadership roles as Board President and Campaign Chair of the Crossroads United Way. His past board service also includes the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent and Perpetual Help Home.


Outside of work, Caleb enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is a self-described “outdoor enthusiast” and a member of the Texas Southwest Cattle Raiser Association. He brings the same commitment to family and community that he brings to every client relationship.


The financial landscape is increasingly complex and many clients are left feeling overwhelmed when making investment and planning decisions on their own. A lifelong student of finance, Caleb views himself as a customer advocate whose primary goal is to build unique investment strategies that fit his customers’ unique life goals.


Caleb seeks to build long-lasting relationships through service-oriented interaction with his clients. Largely serving families who are business owners, retirees, and community leaders, he specializes in planning and managing his clients through key life events: the sale of a business, retirement, or philanthropic giving.


Located in Victoria, Caleb serves clients throughout the state of Texas and beyond.
